Simply click on “The 2026 Homes” tab above to “View the Map” or “Download the Map”. You can also pick up a map at any of the Parade homes, sponsor locations or at the Home Builders Association office at 4100 Wolcott Ave NE Ste B, 87109.

The 2026 Parade of Homes will take place on:
April 24th - April 26th
May 1st - May 3rd
The Parade will be starting at 11:00 AM and will run to 5:00 PM each of the days listed.

Yes, you can visit as many homes as you would like.

There is a mixture of pre-sold homes and/or model homes. Each builder or builder representative would be happy to talk to you about the availability of their home.

Please leave your shoes on and wear shoe covers or “booties” where provided.
